ASH WIN MAKE
Solid Granulator is used for the grinding
of rejected plastics products which are
first cut in small pieces and then grinded
as per mesh size. These grinded pieces can
be reused for the following application.
GRANULATOR
BODY
The granulator main body is fabricated from
heavy MS plates and sections. The top housing
for material inlet has open able arrangement
with hinged type movement for ease of cleaning
and for use of operator. The opening arrangement
can be adjusted by bolts and nut arrangement.
Rotor pulleys are covered with protection
cover. Input hopper is fabricated from heavy
M.S plates and is designed in way that material
/ parts do not come out from the hopper.
BLADES
The blades are made from special alloy
steel which are further hardened and grounded
for the longer life. The material and design
the blades are selected as per input material
to be grinded. The blades are designed The
blade cutting angle is preset- or factory
set which ensures the positive and effective
grinding of the input material.
ROTOR
The rotor is made from nitro alloy steel
which is dynamically balanced which ensures
faster grinding and defined output.
DRIVE
Fixed speed Rotation of main rotor by means
of 3 phase AC Induction motor. V type Pulleys
and belts are used for transmission from
motor.
APPLICATION
AREAS
Specially designed for grinding clean waste
of following products.
• Blow molded articles like bottles,
Jerry cans, drums, jars.etc.
• Injection Molded hollow articles
like buckets, baskets, cabinets, etc.
• Rotational Molded Articles, scrap
of Plastics tanks.
• Pipes from pipes dia 20 mm to 200
mm OD,
